Birds were feeding. Other shorebirds seen here before dark today and many other days during this month (some of which are no doubt on the tape) include: Golden Plover, Red-capped Dotterel, Mongolian Sand-dotterel, Large Sand-dotterel, Black-tailed Godwit, Grey-tailed Tattler, Greenshank, Terek Sandpiper, Broad-billed Sandpiper, Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, Curlew Sandpiper, both species of Knot, etc.".
