The best photo I got showing under the tail. It appears to be all white. This photo was taken by Michelle Wyatt.

The bird is hanging out with Eurasian Collared Doves. It is noticeably smaller though. It is not gray, but a very pale buff colored. It is much lighter than the Eurasian Collared Doves, and stands out like a beacon when they are together. It does have a very similar collar. The birds is also slimmer than the Eurasian.
