Observation details
The bird is hanging out with Eurasian Collared Doves. It is noticeably smaller though. It is not gray, but a very pale buff colored. It is much lighter than the Eurasian Collared Doves, and stands out like a beacon when they are together. It does have a very similar collar. The birds is also slimmer than the Eurasian.
