Unfortunately, very low quality photo but evidence of some kind of hawk.
觀察細節
Was seen circling over an area of the park, but very from far away. Was not able to id species, but given the size and behaviour was definitely a hawk species. Appeared to be reddish-brown to the eye, indicating it could be a red-tailed hawk. Seen away from buildings and in a densely wooded area.
