Adult floating at start of pier. Phone pics only unfortunately. Noted thin yellow-ish bill with small gonys spot, rounded head and dark eye. Blackish wingtips but noticeably smaller than an adult AHGU. Feel strongly this is the same Thayer's Iceland that's been seen in the harbor recently but would want better pics to say for sure
