Details Immature male/female type. Initial look caused some increased heartrates as it was showing a prominent wing bar and no streaking in chest was initially visible due to its feathers being fluffed up. Better observations showed diffuse streaking and a brighter white throat than would be expected for Lazuli. Photos/video.
