Diligently scanning airport fields from (39.8714653, -75.2238845) until 1701, when I decided to turn around and scan the overgrown field habitat adjacent to the checkered tanks. To my excitement, I immediately sighted the long-winged owl foraging deliberately making arcs and flying over the field like a NOHA. Pics/video. Delco Lifer!
