8:14 a.m.: 1 Adult and 1 Immature (looks to be around 3.5 years old) chasing each other. They started over Arlington Cemetery and were seen flying towards Pentagon City (passing the Air Force Memorial). (photo) 8:36 a.m.: Adult perched in tree along harbor side near playground area on south tip. It was seen perching in the same area throughout the morning (photo) 8:51 a.m.: Immature (looked to have been around 3.5 or 4.5 years old) flying upriver (did not get a photo of this one).
