觀察細節

Adult female, very heavily marked. First observed perched in scrub tree along a grassy draw through farmland. Large bird of prey with a very large round head. Bird was basally white but heavily marked with black barring. Bird flew away quartering back to the SE. Large, broad-ainged bird, down curved bow to wings. Flight moth like. Lost over a rise in field but quickly relocatdd.
