Continuing since 12/10/2025 (Tom Edell) Observed from the end of the Harford Pier. Large grebe, overall dark; blocky head; straight stout bill that appeared lighter (maybe yellow) and was held downward; actively diving while foraging away from loons and Surf Scoters.
