One grebe appeared darker-more blackish than Pied-billed Grebe, and seemed to insinuate Red-necked Grebe tones at times. Bill details were not clear. Obtained some photographs before it dived. Could just be a warm colored Pied-billed in the bright sunlight, but the contrast between rust, white, and black was perhaps too intense? First listed as grebe sp., but further input from Liam helped clarify this is also a Pied-billed.
