Minimum. Counted up to 46 by 1's, then many took to flight. Also noted some landing on ground where others were. Distance, lighting and shadows prevented seeing individuals. on ground. Many were also on fences, rooftops, and telephone wires. Appeared to be a tight group huddled together on top of a post for warmth. Could not see individuals for a good count.
