Primaries molt P1-P3 dropped, P4 - P10 remaining. I mistrust Merlin (used with eBird) as it appears to overuse the date of occurrence rather than the actual image. Still, with this bird even submitting with the date arbitrarily set to September it still returns a Black-chinned. So, maybe it really is.
