觀察細節

This bird has been in the area since the 3rd December. Similar size to a Black-headed gull, washed out orange bill, shaggy black crest on back of the head with the front white with a few dark specs. Long wings with the primaries dark with white shafts, longer than the short tail. The mantle was grey, black legs.
