Seen at 34.204234, -117.404680, directly next to the small gray boardwalk; photos TBA. Alerted to presence by descending “tsip” flight calls and then seen: small, short-tailed warbler with pronounced greenish back, bold white wingbars, pronounced white eye-arcs, greenish wash to head, and pronounced yellow throat that extended onto breast.
