When I arrived, both of them looked pretty soaked due to the light rain. One was perched on the tree just north of the road, and stayed there the whole time. Location 48.22536° N, 122.36516° W. Another one was perched on a power pole - location 48.22681° N, 122.37067° W - but then it flew down to a bramble branch in the field.
