In roughly the same place I saw him last year. Saw him this morning in poor light, so came back late this afternoon to look again. Found him nearby, definitely a large, dark brown bird with a golden nape. He took off as soon as he saw us, so good photos were not possible. Later found him again in better light with nape showing.
