** rare, very unexpected. Initially located by distinctive chip call, a very dull immature type with uniform dull yellow brown overall, thin white eye ring. Gave gave a single buzzy zeep flight call. The longer primary projection, short straight bill, and call suggest Northern Yellow Warbler over Mangrove- see checklist from 12/11 for more photos and audio
