Continuing. First heard a distant “pip” coming from nature center area. Eventually tracked it down to a large pine near the nature center. It then flew across the road while calling to here (34.1765127, -117.9886848) and proceeded to put on a show. Stayed in the same small tree for 20+ minutes, calling like mad for long periods. Media trifecta.
