Saw definitive short wing stripe when it flapped; tall head, thin neck. . .but apparently someone questioned the ID so I am changing this bird to the slash. When it flapped its wings, while I was viewing through the scope, the white stripe did not extend to the primaries. Wing-stripe is more reliable than nail tip. Other characteristics such as head and bill shape could be debated. Best fix: use the slash.
