Recorded on video at water feature. After further review and feedback from others, it appears that this is a drab Tennessee Warbler (not a Palm). This was my initial hunch, but difficult to determine due to low lighting/quality images. This warbler initially caught my eye due to the pale underside, stronger eyeline and supercilium, and brighter yellow/green wash at the base of tail extending upwards. No streaking is visible on backside or breast (unlike Palm), and primary projection is too long for orange-crowned. Screen shots also show some white extending outwards from undertail coverts.
