*rare. Strange solo flyover (heading NW)--not a bird I was expecting to see here away from the river, but a welcome surprise. Pale grayish brown upperparts; largely uniform and unmarked pale underparts with barring on the undertail coverts; small head and short bill that looked to be paling at the base. Seemed to show more pigment on the outer primaries than would be expected for nominate. First or second cycle, will have to check photos.
