Continuing bird, scoped at long distance. This time it spent a little time marginally closer and I got some awful photos. Slightly smaller than Common Loon, slimmer, slightly lighter upperpart color, with extensive white on the flanks and neck and face. Bill thinner and shorter than Common, head and bill tilted upward most of the time. As before, seen in company of Common Loons.
