I noticed the fox in the far background eyeing off the Australasian Swamphen after I had taken the photo and was trying to identify a bird in the foreground against the reeds. I was probably two to three haunted metres away at the impoundment end of the lake. Just one of those photos you take when of something focussing on something closer in this case the brownish waterbird.
