Hanging out in backyard, foraging on the lawn, escaping to shrubs and trees nearby. Typical western Palm Warbler, about average size for a warbler, walks around lawn flicking its tail. Brownish on its back and wings with hint of wing bars. Its crown is the darkest area on the bird. Dark stripe through eye, light supercilium above eye, and light crescent below eye. Yellow undertail coverts and yellowish on rump, as well as a little yellow wash onto the lower belly. Breast with smudgy brownish stripes on buffy background. Photos TBA
