Posting for my friend Tori-Simpson Tucker, who is not on eBird. They saw it in South Cemetery in Portsmouth, NH and walked alongside it for a while this afternoon, around 2:30 - 3:00 pm. They sent photos to my wife, who showed it to me and posted on iNaturalist. I went to the cemetery to try to relocate but was unable. Left around 4:30 - 4:45 at which time none present had relocated the bird. All credit for the find and the photos to Tori Simpson-Tucker!
