Last seen by birders off of Mulkey point at the end of Vincent Road. (as of 12:30 EST). I saw it with H.Holbrook, T. Lenz, P. Higgins, and P. Robinson through spotting scope with double cresteds. Large and robust cormorant, white throat patch, thick bill, blocky head shape. Consistently and relatively easily picked out again and again through the flock of double cresteds. Great Cormorant seems like a reasonable identification. Poor digit scope photos attached. The bird is facing left towards middle right of the frames. The blocky head shape and thick bill is noticeable even with such crummy photos.
