觀察細節

Stunning juvenile, with golden back of head, white tail with black terminal band, brief glimpse of white at base of primaries on underside of wing. Smallish head by comparison to typical Bald Eagle, and wings narrower than “barn door” of Bald as well. Held in slight dihedral when soaring. Photos taken when the bird had lifted quite high compared to first sighting.
