Found earlier this morning by Paul Wieczoreck. Probable first winter bird showing yellow spectacles but darkish eye. Yellow sides, white throat, breast and belly. Green back and rump. Gray nape and cap. Two whitish wing bars. Green outer tail feathers. Seen alone the edges of the grassy areas in the conifers and deciduous trees. See the not so great photos below.
