Awesome first county record that I first observed yesterday at dusk — Yellow-eyed and short tailed blackbird with a purplish head that contrasted well with the body color + small bill. — Limited experience with this species made me hesitant at first. — Flew from about here: (33.9049424, -83.2475502), in the plowed UGA field to then perch on a power pole on the Bailey Innovations property, (33.9041724, -83.2465742). Flew down towards the sprinklers nearer to Hwy 78, roughly here: (33.9032745, -83.2464015). Lost it after that. County bird #215 and County bird #199 for the year, Georgia year bird #293- Aidan
