Found by Mike Manitz. Continuing at 1:20 pm. Diving scaup with rounded head and high point above the eye unlike the lesser scaup with the peak at the rear of the head. Also broad bill and large nail at the tip. Finally the front head view shows wider jowls than the lesser scaup has. Noted that the body - sides and back were somewhat darker than expected.
