觀察細節

Identified by: large size (larger than the Ring-billed Gulls perched nearby); dark gray mantle; yellow bill with a red spot on the lower mandible; bright yellow legs and pale iris. It was perched on a point at the north end of the lake with gulls and other waterfowl at approximately: (36.541, -105.260). We viewed it from the boat launch next to the Headquarters on the west side of the lake. It was too far away for decent pictures, but I attached the best one I got. DB photos added as well.
