觀察細節

Continuing, had its head mostly tucked in. Upon waiting for its head to show, upward angle with bill, smooth flat forehead. Did not manage a digi-scope pic in time. Raised head briefly 2 times when 2 separate boats came by, not confused with Pacific which I did not see
