Fantastic find by Team Wolf with Warren spotting this bird as they were driving. He got photos out quickly for ID and the word soon spread that Warren had found the first chaseable Pennsylvania GRKI in over 20 years. I had recently returned home after twitching the RG found CASW at Marsh Creek so quickly ran out the door when I got the word! When I arrived the bird was perched in a distant bare tree where it periodically flittered down to feed and then returned back to the same tree. I had distant, but very satisfactory looks via scope, where the large bill, black mask, and kingbird behavior was evident. Distant, but diagnostic, photo attached.
