Slightly smaller than nearby Killdeer. Bobbing tail constantly as it moves a long shore. Wings arced down when in flight. Bill is medium length, orange w/ slight droop. Brown body and white chest; spotty by throat and top of chest. One poor photo. Audio posted as bird is listed as rare today. Call is at 40.8s, 50.7s, 55s, 59.2, etc.
