Still perched in same spot (as I expected) with a full crop (photo no. 2) after consuming a squirrel 30 minutes earlier. Photo 3 shows it cleaning its bill after eating. I've seen the same behaviour with peregrine falcons that have a full crop and they rest in the same spot for quite some time. They will tolerate your presence whereas normally they would fly away. They will still fly away if feeling theatened.
