觀察細節

Record photos (through binos & zoomed). Raptor with square tail in proportion for kite, also ruling out hawks/sea-eagle. Large fingers & wing shape suit. Souring at high elevation, seen three times over an hour return to the same area. From the boat ramp area, seen south-west. (ABID FB group backed up ID).
