**MEGA; mighty kingbird with a dark heavy bill, steel gray upperparts and pale underparts with a faint yellow wash on belly turning more distinct on undertail. Dark gray crown, bold black stripe on face and white throat. Wing and wing coverts brownish. Found and reported just after noon today by Paul Pratt - thanks for getting the word out! Consistently flycatching from powerline wire next to roadside. Occasionally retreated to nearby trees as large agriculture vehicles passed but always returned to powerline.
