Smaller than a RBGU, darker mantle, black legs, black bill with dark-red at tip, black hood is obvious but not solid, puffy white arcs around eyes. Found at outlet of Duffins Creek, east side, with a group of ring-bills etc. Visible from walkway on west side of creek; image obtained by breaking with normal Simcoe Point protocol, crossing creek, to swing around to obtain better lighting. Reported on previous days by many others.
