Hummingbird with rufus flanks and some markings on back, back otherwise green. Same location as last year's bird. By the large Firebush, perching in the nearby Pine tree. Photos. Unable to see or photograph spread trail, but given that Rufus has a higher rate of vagrancy than the less likely Allen's, will post as Rufus. Happy to be verified or proven wrong!
