1st Bering Sea record and nearly 900 miles west of the nearest record (Middleton Island). Found by Luis in Zapadni Ravine. We returned together in an all out assault to pin it down to species, expecting Black-headed but ever-hopeful. Whitish breast with coarse streaking continuing fully across and noticeably buffy yellow-orange underwing coverts confirmed the identification as Rose-breasted. Incredible record.
