This Ruddy Turnstone was seem from Prairie Loop. It was quite busy overturning pieces of mud and possibly some small stones. The chunky appearance with the short orange legs, the short pointed and slightly upturned bill, the bib and the behavior helped to identify the bird as a Ruddy Turnstone. What a neat visitor!
