**Rare. Heard diagnostic sharp chink calls coming from thickets around standing water here (41.9948686, -120.3251919) and immediately identified as NOWA. Pished it in and got excellent looks from ~10 ft. Large warbler bobbing tail up and down while perched. Streaked brown below with whitish-yellow eyebrow. Pics and audio tba.
