Continuing. Good quality photos by John Alexander enable this classification rather than White-faced Ibis [WFIB]. Photos show no white border or reddish face\iris. Geographic range of Glossy Ibis is predominantly southern and eastern US ranging into mainland Canada whereas WFIB is mainly southern and western US. A WFIB has never been reported in NL.
