In a treetop in a stand of trees between the Bendix Woods nature center and the restored prairie. Heard, confirmed with Merlin (recording uploaded). I also confirmed the song by comparing what I heard with song in Sibley app. As I tried to get eyes on it, the bird flew overhead and away. Size, rounded wings, and uniform dark hue consistent with ID.
