觀察細節

Initially seen flying low above tree-line then I lost it as it got high. Medium-sized, narrow winged raptor with medium-length, slightly fanned tail. Gray overall, with lighter gray tail. Bands on tail indicating juvenile. Have some horrible photos that might show shape in flight.
