Initially spotted off the point area, flying out near the tower and covering a lot of ground quickly while actively feeding; dark gray back and gray underwings, white belly, black behind the ears with noted dark "spur" along the sides of the breast; observed by a few other local birders while it made quick passes between the point and Pine Run Boat Launch; poor iPhone camera pics attached.
