觀察細節
Two Juveniles sitting in a a nest. Calling. One parent feeding. Juv body is mottled, grayish, with pin feather sheaths seen on heads. Can see yellowish beaks over edge of nest. Adult has an olive back, two whitish wing bars, a peaked head, a substantial beak, and a narrow pale eye ring. Pale chest and throat. No vest. It was also calling in response to juveniles. Then fly catching insects and returning to the nest to successfully feed . Observed for 15 min. Video and Audio with iPhone, with juveniles calling parents. It is low quality due to wind and insect noise but calls can be heard. Nest discovered along east side of river near the same spot where I saw an Adult pair in May, one of which was photographed by Stephen H. A University of Michigan website indicates Acadian flycatchers typically have two broods
