Continuing Steve Dinsmore find. Medium sized Tern. Adult nonbreeding. Smaller than a Caspian, and larger than a Forsters. White forehead. Black slightly shaggy back of head. Watched for 5 minutes before a TUVU spooked the Gull/Tern flock and the Royal Tern headed south towards the dam. Photos
