Found about an hour earlier by Chris Dean - excellent work Chris!! Appeared smaller than the Royal and Elegant Terns. Head, back, wings and tail (brownish?)-black. White forehead extending above eye. White throat and underparts. Black bill. Whenever the flock flushed, the other terns seemed to harass it. Worth every penny of the 9 bucks it took to see that bird!
